I am Nathalie de Haas (1972), I am an acupuncturist and teacher in Zhineng Qigong. I am very proud that after so many years, I have finally found my life’s goal and passion and can use it by helping people to be healthy. I do this with the help of Acupuncture and Zhineng Qigong.
Long, long ago I did a training in chemistry, in combination with IT. The jobs were up for grabs in IT (but not in chemistry), so I ended up in IT as a programmer. Life goes the way it goes and a few years later I became a co-entrepreneur in a marketing communication company where I mainly worked in IT.
After my second burnout, I understood that it was time to listen to myself and to change course; it was time for a change. I went to an open day of Qing Bai for the Acupuncture training and I participated in a demo for the Zhineng Qigong teacher training. Anne Hering led us through my first Lift Chi Up, Pour Chi Down and I loved it! I felt so good after those 20 minutes, I had not had this feeling for such a long time. I immediately decided to follow the Zhineng Qigong teacher training to work on myself and improve my health.
TRAINING TO become aN ACUPUNCTURIST
After I completed my teacher training, I started the 3-year course to become an acupuncturist (Traditional Chinese Medicine) at Qing Bai. Looking at the human body with an open mind, understanding how it works and, above all, understanding what happens when something in the body doesn’t work properly then to make connections with Qi and Qigong is a magical thing! I am and remain passionate about the human body, TCM and Zhineng Qigong. In my opinion it is the most beautiful thing in the Universe.
After a lot of blood, sweat and tears … a lot of studying, practicing and self-reflection, I was incredibly proud to finally graduate in 2016. In 2017 I successfully completed the Western Medical Basic Training in order to understand from a Western point of view what goes on in us human beings.
In the meantime, I have said goodbye to my work in IT and marketing communication and I now entirely focus on everything that has to do with my intent to live: helping people to be healthy! I do this as an acupuncturist and teacher Zhineng Qigong in my practice in Soest.
The ETERNAL STUDENT: refresher courses AND WORKSHOPS
I had already been warned by others; if you go deeper into the TCM, you will become the eternal student. There is so much to learn, so much to understand, you can not do this in a few years time. Fortunately, my passion for studying gives me great pleasure, so I am happy to follow refresher courses, internships and workshops and every 2 months I take part in an intervision group of fellow practitioners.
